Quality Assurance, Environment Policies and Certificates

 

The services and products provided by Protopaja must fulfil the current and future needs and requirements of the customers, and the goal is to exceed customer expectations.

The operations of Protopaja Ltd have to be known and recognised, and they must comply with ethical values and provisions of the government.

Our operations and production are based on the ISO 9001 quality system, which is applied in all aspects of our operations as well.

In particular, we take environmental protection aspects into account in everything we do. We comply with the principles of the ISO 14001 standard in environmental matters.

 

 

Production quality assurance

The measuring devices we use for quality assurance represent cutting edge technology. For example, we use profile projectors, video measuring systems, coordinate and laser measuring devices, as well as surveillance cameras. Our operations and production are based on international quality systems. We also mark the production batch number on the packaging for ex-post monitoring.

Quality is promoted by customers’ own supplier audits in which the operations of Protopaja Oy are revised on a case by case basis.

 

 Certificates

Protopaja Oy has been granted the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management system certificates. These certificates cover the following operations/services of Protopaja Oy:

  • The prototype and series manufacturing of sheetmetal products for electronics and IT companies.
  • The planning, manufacturing and choice of packing material for the tools related to the manufacturing process.

The operations of Protopaja Oy are based on activities that lead to improved quality planning, monitoring and manufacturing.

The goal of Protopaja Oy is to improve customer satisfaction continuously. In order to meet this goal, regular customer satisfaction surveys are performed. The results of these are utilised for all process-based activities.

The quality objectives are defined in management reviews in which the achievement of the objectives is reviewed as well.

This quality policy is applied to all activities of Protopaja Oy. The company has a separately recorded environmental programme.

We ensure the effective use of materials and energy in all our activities in cooperation with our customers and suppliers.

We train our staff to understand the importance of environmentally responsible and high-quality work. We take care of our environment, and ensure cleanliness and comfort.

We are committed to comply with the applicable legislation and we develop our activities in order to fulfil the obligations and expectations set forth by our customers and other stakeholders, also in environmental matters.

The management of the company establishes environmental goals annually. The achievement of the goals is inspected during the environmental review of the management.

This environmental policy is applied to all activities of Protopaja Oy.
